Have you ever experienced a chakra energy healing session? Do you want to extend the benefits far beyond the private session? Time to nourish your chakras.

Are you familiar with chakras? Chakras have been described as energetic centers existing within the body. Chakra-HealingThere are seven major chakras that line up with the spine beginning at the base of the spine all the way to the top of the head. Each brings concentrated energy and acts as an energy station and has a color, energy level, definite and distinct function. Your chakras impacts different aspects of life. The energy centers are connected to all the vital organs and glands in the body. Each draws fresh energy in from the external fields of energy and this nourishes and replenishes your own energy field that keeps you balanced and healthy.

In addition to the seven main chakra centers, there are hundreds of minor chakras throughout the body. I often explain my work with chakra energy medicine healing as similar to acupuncture but working off the body and without needles

During every Chakra Healing session, I identify the area that needs the most attention, which typically means blocked, stagnant energy. Next I intuitive the reasons for the blockages and then release or clear. Once I know your chakras, I know the obstacles to growth, challenges will illness and what the soul longs to express.

Each chakra has specific function and energy levels that impact different aspects of one’s life emotionally, physically and spiritually. Once cleared and brought into balance, clients feedback their experience as warm sensations, vibrations, or deep relaxation. This indicates a shift, a change is happening. The clearing  allows energy to flow and your lifeforce to unfold freely.

Once we have completed our work together (depending upon the issues presented) different foods can support the healing and provide balance to the different energy centers – nourish the chakras. Different color foods correspond with bringing specific energy, balance and healing to each chakra.
