For the past 30 years I have been teaching people how to reset their brain and body for peace and wellbeing. The word stress seems to take on the connotation of those bad four-letter words, when in fact, stress has a place in our lives.
There are many techniques that help clear stress or anxiety clutter that can fill the mind. You need to know how to reach for calm when a stress storm flies into your life.
Toxic people (you know who they are) will drain your energy before you know it, so you can develop ways to shield yourself from all that chaos.
