What To Expect

Sessions can be very interactive, which might come as a surprise. You do not close your eyes and “get fixed.” You play an important role – asking and answering questions, discussing intended changes, and allowing a relaxing session to occur.

Clients often ask, for example, what happens during a virtual session. We will see each other face to face and discuss the next step. You can ask questions or comment on what you might be feeling at any time during the session.

Each private one-on-one session is focused on what is needed for a customized approach. Regardless of what approach, I also work on an intuitive level.

The body never lies. It is the most consistent reporter of emotional status and blocked energy that has kept you from moving on.

How Many Sessions?

The subconscious is able to release a certain amount of energy per session, and this varies with each person, as does the total amount of trapped emotions and energy blockages. We recommend starting with a series of 4 weekly or every-other-week sessions.

To increase your comfort and confidence with me, I will work with you via Facetime or Zoom so you can experience the effectiveness of a session.

Healing Within

Based upon years of training and practice, I will choose techniques that are appropriate to address the imbalances, mentally, physically or spiritually that keep you from your goals. We will review what is comfortable for you.

Each session creates calm and relaxing sensations that will last long after your session is complete. You might begin to feel relief, comfort, lightness, quieting of a busy mind.

What It Feels Like

Reactions differ. Some patients describe sensations of deep relaxation, feelings of being nurtured or supported mentally and physically. Creating a mindful state, with any of the  Mind Body Spirit Healing approaches I work with, is part of every session. Emotional release can bring tears or insight into specific areas.

Modern-day life is full of challenges. The pressure to “keep up,” unsolved childhood traumas and lack of work life balance can trigger unwelcome, outdated emotions. We’ve been taught to bury, ignore or push discomfort away.
